In my family we take being it seriously. My g-grandmother died when she was still young because she pushed herself after being sick &relapsed. But when was the last time you heard *anybody* talk about relapsing, or the need to rest after illness so you don’t? Society has raised a generation of people who don’t know how to take care of themselves when sick, all in the name of capitalism.
