Monday and Tuesday - lots of work on the homestead, then my (new) usual - thanks to hodlcuban (npub17nv…4u85) - of 20 minutes of kettlebell and bodyweight exercises. And 100 kettlebell swings thanks to The_Beave (npub1q6y…t3sh)
I often have elaborate exercise plans that I don't follow through on, so for this month's challenge it's just been alternating upper and lower body each day.
I'm getting noticeably better at single-leg deadlifts. The balance used to be tough but now I can keep them pretty smooth. 35lb bell, as slowly as I can.
