Yeah, I think it's the server classification - people on RP don't want to be shoved to a PvP or non-RP PvE server. A lot of them had apparently already been moved once, and they don't want to go to the new server and deal with toxicity they were explicitly avoiding. It's a looooong thread of complaints.
