I switched to tea from coffee a few days ago because my caffeine levels have been way to high. While i'm drinking a lot i'm still consuming much less caffeine over all. My dreams have been super vivid as a result. I guess my whole sleep wake cycle has gotten disturbed by the chemical change. #tea #coffee
