Well, as I said, the foundational problem with it is that it only works in a context where people are already acting in good faith.
So essentially, in contexts where it's least needed.
If there's enough people involved who are acting in bad faith, the whole code is worse than useless, it's a weapon.
The worst kind of set of rules. Pointless in one context, a weapon in another.
