Also immediately before their revolution, they made a pact with demonic voodoo entities and pledged descendants and soil to them forever. They ritualistically renew this as part of their national Independence Day. Even academic scholars don't deny this, they just get mad when you call this voodoo pact demonic (it clearly is).
Christian missionaries who send money there without trying to exorcise the nation need to be excommunicated and probably burnt at the stake.
