GDPR and Nostr : Interesting question has been raised re GDPR and data encrypted at rest (it's not).

My take. All I have as a relay operator is a pubkey, and I don't think a pubkey on it's own is PII. So, GDPR doesn't apply.

Anyone have other thoughts?
