It's a cold, grey, rainy morning here and I'm not looking forward to driving almost 20 miles to brunch. But I am looking forward to seeing friends, so I will go.
I'm happy that I have found a new beta reader who knows my Cordwainer series and says she can give me a relatively quick turnaround on the new mystery. I hope she does a good job with it and I can call on her again.
