You are on their list and must give account of every sat you purchased or received as a non anonymous tip or payment. You'll be rewarded for your compliance and rat outs or punished by your resistance with force. You will be rewarded and well compensated for reporting any coins you know of that are nonkyc. Many of us are just one executive order away from this reality. I feel like our threat models should take this very real situation into consideration.
