Apparently Rackets and his wife fucked up their paperwork to get the judge changed because they specified the wrong county in the filings, but the court was lenient enough to accept them anyway. They could've rejected it, and then Nick would've been stuck with the judge who is also presiding over his suit because it would've been past the 7-day deadline for a free change of judge under Minnesota law.
