Sunday Trailrun with some minor difficulties. At the first km a young Herman shepard decided that I am for toying despite of me just walking and then standing still as soon as I realized the owner was completely helpless and definetly not the boss. Not so much fun when an unknown dog jumps up to you. After km 8 I mad an unplanned detour and ran into a branch with my ear. Ouch.
The rest of the run was pure enjoyment. The fresh air, the autumn lights and the first yellow leaves. The 250 stairs at the very end worked really well, all in all 400 stairs up.
Furthermore I really like the grip of my La Sportiva Bushido. I am absolutely surprised how well they work on muddy downhills.
