Are you ready? This one is so simple that it is easily forgotten:

You choose.
That’s it.

Where we are in life at any given moment is a result of our choices.

Some blame other people, some blame God, and some blame themselves.

I did this until I realized that just as I choose to do things that heal me, I choose the things that harm me.

We choose the habits that break us down.
We choose the habits that build us up.

Choice is the sacred right of free will given to us by God, and karma, translated at “it happened”, is the result of choice.

This truth of choice is life changing, yet so easy to miss, and it is easy to let life choose for us.

I care not to change people’s choices.
I care to remind you of your ability to choose.
