Lazyweb: is there an "official" way on Windows to detect AVX2 is available, that isn't just manual CPUID parsing? There's GetEnabledXStateFeatures, but that only detects *registers*, so it knows you have AVX, but AVX2 didn't add any regs, so it doesn't know - same with SSE3.x etc
