Build a custom AI and pick from all the best - I homeschooled my kids for 7 years. Wish I would have started circadian biology sooner - set that schedule in home. You get to pick the priorities. Prioritize physical health because it leads to mental health and spiritual health as a natural blossoming. Kids get in tune with deciding how / what they want to learn. Good luck. SO worth it
