It's true, this is a big problem waiting to be solved. 99% of people do not wanna see shit like that. And if casually looking at posts and then finding such a post is upsetting and will turn people away.
Censorship is not the solution, but we need to have better tools to curate feed, block and have some relays that filter stuff.
