It's now Sunday morning, it's late., but I want to rant about what happened recently.
My husband & I are escorts (No get your mind out the gutter 🤣 . I mean we escort Trans
and NB
friends to make sure they are safe when shopping, etc). I thought using the word 'bodyguards' sounded a bit much.
My trans friend's is shopping, & afterwards, we stop at a café.
A complete stranger (w/a CREEPY grimace on his face and who also seemed incapable of blinking), is nowhere near us but would not stop staring at my friend.
This is the staring creep from 40 minutes earlier in the shop where I hostilely walked towards him & he left us alone.
When we left, I would occasionally look back to make sure he wasn't following us.Thought he was gone.
Now he's sitting alone, not moving, just staring at my friend whilst we're minding our business at the café. I stood up grabbed my phone, told my friend 'I'll be back'.
That's when he stood up to walk away occasionally looking back at me. Seems he thought I phoned 🐷 Fuck that. He saw me snap a photo him which I sent to my husband who's on the phone. He quickened his pace, then eventually got on his skateboard, and he was off.
I sent the photos to other LGBTQIAplus safety response team members.
