When I research prospective purchases (which I truly research into the ground), I find increasingly that every option for a given item includes reviews that say it breaks within months to a year, and/or the customer service is terrible or non-existent.
It's frustrating, re: any given item. As a larger pattern, it's alarming.
I'm not in a bracket to buy disposable big ticket items. (Nor is that good for the planet.) 😐 1/2
