Yes, it is a really transbarant way for governments to keep track of things, but it is not needed for some of its current usecases if I am right?
for example, making sure that the government (in this case liberlands) doesn't delete their posts, a simple proof verification system where the government holds a set of keys and anyone can step up and provide data that is signed by the government to proof that they have deleted that data fullfills the purpose too right? that is a way easier method to maintain the database in my opinion, while still utilizing proofof signatures.
