I have a lot of issues with this, but here are a few.
1. The Twitter user is blaming the younger generation. Any age group can be stupid or dumb it's not a specific generation or age group.
2. Has it gotten so stupid a one to two-year age gap is a predator now?
3. This Twitter user didn't link to any article, so I don't know what it said and can't verify anything.
4. Looks like the young adults was copying TikTok
