I can see how the inferiority of a tied product could strengthen proof of coercion in a tying claim, but shouldn’t it be enough for the buyer to establish that they just don’t/didn’t want the tied product, regardless of its inherent quality or independent desirabilty in the minds of other customers? #LawFedi #antitrust #Fashion
