Today was the first trial run of the Moskva 5 after a thorough strip-clean.

The shutter still doesn’t latch consistently and I’m worried there’s a bit too much slop in the rangefinder mechanism, but hopefully these 8 shots will at least tell me if it’s worth putting in more work to get it 100% up to scratch.

It is easily the weirdest and most cantankerous camera I’ve ever used, though. Everything feels awkward and backwards.
