The bailouts this time will be for depositors. Like these guys keep saying, there's no way the deposit is could have known the compliant Banks we're going to be run on and short cash and bankrupted on short order. The depositors shouldn't suffer. They have to be made 100% whole or else the entire banking sector just brought into question.
