so much stuff continuously gets added to software, and it's stuff i will never use, that only makes me annoyed, that you can't switch off, and that they use to charge more or leverage more funding or whatever. the infinite growth mindset applies to this annoying little stuff too. infinite growth of pointless greebles that are shown to venture capitalists or shareholders or whatever to show that infinite funding is also needed.
