Looks like last night's meltdown had quite the impact. We have to wonder whether this is yet another case of an austerity govt deliberately hampering the institutions of civil society, or just plain old incompetence (which is in itself an active tactic used by the far right to "prove" that the public sector is inefficient).

Anyway, I hear that TPM is collecting submissions today for printing hard copies and delivering to meet the 5 pm deadline.
