There were at least 2 TIM's arrested and I've noticed almost no info available as to where those men are/were being held. Other than the fact that Antifa was protesting that the Louis "Nikki" Yach had been held at the men's jail during the trail and was being dead-named.

I found this article that mentions his "husband" speaking at his trial and asking the court to be “nice” to him
