Separate uses. Strike as an exchange has Cross River Bank as a partner where you can direct deposit into steike acting as a bank account. Under setting in Strike , if you go to Bill Pay you will be provided with the account and routing info that you can use to pay off your credit cards. In effect, Strike is now your bank account, allowing you to deposit bitcoin and pay your credit cards off with said bitcoin.
You also have the option of adjusting what percentage of the direct deposit you would like in Bitcoin and Fiat. A tool that will come in handy when we see the bear market.
