Does anyone have a good tech spec for a relay?

eg minimum / recommended / scale
CPU, RAM, SSD, bandwidth

Or even any experience from these past few weeks ?

Not requiring anyone to swear under oath, just want to avoid grabbing a pool of VPS only to regret it in a month.
