Headers look like the following:
HTTP/2 301
date: Tue, 21 Jan 2025 17:25:17 GMT
location: https://example.com/style.css
server: cloudflare
cf-ray: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX-YYZ
alt-svc: h3=":443"; ma=86400
Note that normally there are lots more eg 'report-to', 'cf-cache-status', 'server-timing', etc. Seems like a bug on Cloudflare's side. I already disabled caching on the domain but it didn't matter.
