I’m now in Tbilisi in a middle of probably the biggest journey of my life and as I’m renting a flat somewhat downtown, I hear a lot of revving bikes just as most of people living in capitals do. Don’t get me wrong - I’m a huge fan of internal combustion engines, yet I wonder about Tom’s take on externalities.
