I think we are spoiled and guilty of expecting free hosting of videos like youtube and twitter. nostr.build let's you upload up to 8 or 7 mb IRC, not enough to post 1 to 2 mins videos that's why I use primal but the upload always fails imagine uploding a video 8 times.
