Amazon Kindle most of the rest so he now has an exclusive deal with Kindle for digital books because he does better the the other digital platforms amount to so little.
Most interesting is that Audible normally has contracts where the book must be on Audible for 6 months (or less if you have enough power and a great agent) before they can be available as text.
