New work schedule came in today. Another week scheduled with the useless idiot who does nothing but stand around with their face in his phone and headphones in, blissfully unaware of customers waiting to be seen. Beyond sick of dealing with this after the last month. Boss is back from vacation tomorrow & I (as well as 3 other employees) are going to have some words about this. This will be the 3rd out of 4 store locations to complain about this person. It blows my mind that they somehow haven't noticed a pattern here and deduced what/who the problem actually is.
