RustyCrab (npub1ynh…xgn0) d (npub15fk…j9gr) yeah they probably would. To be fair to the doctor it's really hard to diagnose psychological issues.

Man, this is a pretty deep issue. I feel for you. Not wanting to eat is giving up on life. Even the people in the concentration camps at the end of the war when they got no more food (yes yes let's just assume it happened. That's what we in Germany are told) ate. They ate grass and Bork and really anything that they could even if it wasn't exactly nutrious. That's how much these people wanted to life.
Maybe do see a doctor just to be sure it's nothing with your body. You don't have to take their pills if you don't want to.
Start asking yourself questions. Maybe change your perspective by just doing something differently or going to someplace you haven't been to in a while.
I've heard that a depressed person is unlike a sad person only in that he doesn't know why he is sad. If you are sad because your dog died for example, then no one would call you depressed. But if you are sad and you don't know why, then that's depression. But even in this case there usually is an underlying reason, it's just subconscious. Figure out what that thing is.
