I am Big Mad at the Android ecosystem and device makers that you can get an iPhone 12 mini for 200 bucks and it's still happily supported with OS updates, but if you want a small but capable Android that roughly matches this* it's the Pixel 5 which you can keep on life support using custom ROMs but even they will tell you to upgrade because there is no longer active device support and security updates for it. Everything else? Is either bigger or shittier, usually both.
