why would we make a moot choice when you already done the thinking . Let's have free Private cities :-) - at least for argument sake ..

one question - what makes you think these free (private) cities wouldn't be captured by aliens ! There is literally five major wars going on as of date - to land grab !

btw - this free cities model has been tested - before Brits came to India , the Golden Sparrow was literally thousands of free cities .. they all lived in harmony (not peace ) - there were occasional disputes .. then East India Company happened and there goes the free "Riasat" model ..
