If I don't have a good podcast or book these days I just get up and tidy up, or faff about with a kettle bell, or otherwise try and be productive off the computer untill I can't keep my eyes open anymore.
I'm not going to sleep anyways, might as well be productive. I will wake up shattered regardless, it's just a little bonus if I have been productive during the night 😂
