You can make the full 360" sketch then extrude, or, more efficienly :
1) Draw one series of closed concetric arce.
=> you get 1/8th of the arcs.
2) Mirror w.r.t. a 45° construction line starting at 0.0.
3) Add the hole on the diagonal.
=> You have 1/4th of the part.
4) Mirror w.r.t x
5) Then mirror the result again, but w.r.t. y.
6) Add the otline (centered square) of the part.
7) Extrude.
8) Proudly admire the result ! 🙂
