Not "Choose Your Own Adventure" specifically, although I did play one or two of those; I preferred the more RPG style like Usurper, Lone Wolf, Freeway Warrior, and others, where your character actually had stats and an inventory and you rolled combat using dice or random tables, and you had HP and armour and you could die that way (even, you made a wrong choice, turn to section 965: "you fall down a cliff, take 10 damage. If you survive, read on"). :-)

Do you know if any of those sorts of books still exist? Are people still publishing them?
