Even if understanding between them was made- the after credits show that Jack ultimately did nothing but stop one persons plan (the brain stealing program Armstrong had with children). PMCs started recruiting again, and the world went back to how it was at the beginning of the game (probably wanted a sequel, god knows I did...).
In this sense it could be said that the game is infact right wing, since had Armstrong taken over- while the brain stealing program would have gone on, the world wouldn't have continued to be trapped in an endless and meaningless PMC proxy war through the war as a business model.
