Folks on the left have a short memory. Remember the problems when the left was up in arms over the regulatory interpretations given by the G.W. Bush administration. Yes, the SCOTUS opinion has been cited in well over 100 cases, but it should be cited in those cases or else the attorneys are not doing their jobs. Let the courts do their job; the were doing before the Chevron case.
