Our approach is to start simple, with basic metrics - like #jobs count, companies hiring or the most popular titles, but as we are growing, we are also adding more and more sophisticated data or insights.

Data that would empower companies to be more VISIBLE and job seekers FINDABLE.

As an example, sharing one chart from our report about smaller companies that had the most job posts in 2024 so far. Maybe a chart would help someone to create a list of companies he or she would like to work in. You never know.
