One of the local independent radio stations has an hour of punk rock, so I'm sitting inside listening to it while the burnout oven exercises its new tuning and the CNC mill thinks about calibration, so I'm trying to write parametric code to generate prolate hypocycloids, because I think it would be really cool to have a simple function that takes workpiece and tool diameters and produces a hypocycloid that fills it. It would look beautiful on steel.
