I would say the biggest difference is the means of achieving the goal…
• Rocky swore to provide 1:1 bug-to-bug distribution to RHEL, the way they wish to achieve this is quite questionable, not sure if I wish to comment on that
• Alma decided to go with the #RedHat intention for #CentOS, it’s a base for an enterprise distribution, they build on top of that, without any monkey business involved 🙃

I’m definitely vouching for #AlmaLinux from your choices :)
