I see this as a new beginning, as there is now new management, and the original leadership has not only step down, but appears to be gone.

I, personal, have always been a fan of the Sharkey project. Sometimes I have praised the project, other times I have been frustrated, but only because I cared. Enough so that I talked about Sharkey, and recommended more than most people. That has my constant, because I like the Fediverse and I feel Sharkey can play a significant role within the Fedi.

My true issue was only over the individual who somehow became its leader. I am under the impression from an exchange of messages (please correct me if I am wrong) that this person leaving may even be taking the server (hardware) with them. If so, I am not surprised, just greatly disappointed. But I do not hold any negatively toward the development and those involved with Sharkey. A few people, like yourself, have since reached out. I appreciate that fact and as I said, I hold no ill will toward you or anyone currently involved with Sharkey.

I look forward to the future and see this as a new beginning. Anyone else reading this, I ask that you do the same. Let us look to the future.
