what you’re really advocating for is a “bottom-up overturning” of Marbury v Madison. And you’re right, it should happen. Marbury v Madison and the invention of “precedent” through the Star Chamber’s made up power to bind anyone and everyone to their arbitrary decisions, is one of the main reasons that we have courts of Injustice instead of courts of Justice.
