Also need to try the shirt thing I saw folks mentioning even with nasal masks, trimming some thin cloth to act as I guess a sweat and oil absorber? Much cheaper than the foam seal masks.

Maybe eventually I'll go with the nasal pillows but I imagine ultimately that'll require a surgery I'm not willing to shell out thousands for given deviated septums are almost always an elective surgery to correct x.x
