1. Eva needed to figure out which browser extension was keeping YouTube videos from playing. Her laptop is over ten years old. She had two extensions installed. Looked like MalwareBytes was the culprit. Disabled it and suggested Privacy Badger.
2. Joanne's sister told her "Get Jessamyn to put a sports app on your phone" I asked if she had any app in specific she was thinking of. She doesn't really know what an app is.
