I've been to a hustings with *three* socialist splinter groups. None of whom ever got more than a few hundred votes. They know they can't win but stand anyway. Primaries won't quash their egos.
Secondly, what if I *want* to vote for a no-hoper party? Why should I be denied a vote for my preferred candidate / party?
