So after one year of pushup I added Rowing, triceps Rope, dumbbells biceps shoulder and Kettle bells and pull up bar.
I did 4 sets of pushups yesterday and I have the expected soreness thereof.
But I have been doing biceps curl a lot, and I feel nothing. Same with Triceps rope. No soreness in my arms. Is that normal? Could it be because we use our arms a lot more than our chest?
