As much as I like him, can't follow here. He says Niagara Falls create 5 Gigawatts of power, that's not volatile? Is the water stopping occasionally?
Not a waterfall engineer (pun intended, we're all agile aren't we?) but now I really would like to know if waterfalls are volatile in their energy production.
If any actual waterfall engineers around, let me know please
